Kali Montgomery
Kali Montgomery and Director of Administration (she/her)
Kali Montgomery serves as the Director of Administration at Michigan’s Children, a position in which she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization’s smooth and efficient functioning. She oversees various administrative, operational, and technical functions crucial to the organization’s mission, supports Michigan’s Children President, and collaborates closely with staff members at all levels.
Kali is both the heart and institutional memory of Michigan’s Children. After working for the organization for more than 20 years, she is our historian, a mentor of numerous staff members and interns, and a continual voice centering our organization on our mission to serve all of the kids and families in Michigan, especially the most marginalized. Kali supplements her decades of experience with an Associate Degree in Business Management.
