Michigan’s Children President & CEO Jack Kresnak issued a public statement today regarding an amendment introduced by U.S. Senator Bob Casey (D – PA) that would improve the State Children’s Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) under the Senate health reform bill, the Patient Protection and Affordable Health Care Act (H.R. 3590).
