On March 19, 2010 Michigan's Children presented 2010 Youth Legislative Day. More than 100 youths from across Michigan converged on the Michigan House of Representatives to receive legislative training and participate in mock debates with legislators, staff and lobbyists. This year's event focused on the state of health care and how it affects young people. Michigan’s Children proudly presented 2010 Youth Legislative Day in partnership with the School Community Health Alliance of Michigan (SCHA-MI), Western Michigan University and the WMU College of Health and Human Services (CHHS).
