School-Based Health Centers a Critical Example of the Kids Count Data Book 2010 Message Michigan’s Children was proud to work with the School Community Health Alliance of Michigan (SCHA-MI) to hold a press conference at Otto Middle School in Lansing–one of over 100 school-based/linked health centers in Michigan–yesterday to release the Kids Count in Michigan Data Book 2010. Both local TV stations took time to interview all six young people who participated in the press conference with Michigan’s Children, the Michigan League for Human Services, SCHA-MI, and the Ingham County Health Department.
