On November 12, 2007, Vicksburg High School's Intervention & Incentive AE program hosted an event in partnership with the Kalamazoo Public School's Reach and Teach initiative to showcase their innovative drop out prevention programs.

On August 27, 2007, the Ark of Catholic Family Services hosted a YVCPP.  This program highlighted participants from their homeless and transitional housing program, teen pregnancy program, and their foster care program.

On May 21, 2007 the Kalamazoo Juvenile Home hosted our first Youth Voices Changing Public Policy (YVCPP) Event.  This program highlighted the education opportunities provided by the Kalamazoo Juvenile Home and some of the frustrations students have in being able to transfer the credits they have earned to the public schools they subsequently attend once they exit the program.
