On September 30, 2010, the Governor signed the FY 2011 Department of Community Health (DCH) budget (P.A. 187 of 2010), which began on October 1st of this year and ends September 30th of 2011. The Governor proposed her budget in February and a joint Senate/House Conference Committee approved a compromise budget on September 21, 2010.
