Public Act 443 of 2006 (SB 1226) Breathalyzer for Minors (Cropsey)  Allows courts to order youth found to be "Minors in possession" to submit to breathalyzer tests, or parents may request tests for teens under age 18 who are not emancipated and who have been convicted of an alcohol charge or been referred to the juvenile system for alcohol problems.
